ORDER PROCESSING:

The processing time will vary for each item depending whether your item is pre-made or made to order. All made to order items will have an estimated creation time listed as part of the description. Any item that is pre-made will be shipped the next working day after being order by your chosen delivery method.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for all items that are being delivered within 5 miles of Sudbury, Suffolk, This is calculated when you enter your address and postcode during checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At present we are offering the following Royal Mail services for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time we don’t offer international shipping.

• Cash on delivery ( Local Delivery only)

All orders are to be paid for before items are dispatched, the only exception to this is local delivery using cash on delivery.
